The trader is Split Nomad Gallery, obrt za usluge, Bartola Kašića 7, Split, 21000, Croatia, which sells its products through a web shop on the internet domain splitnomadgallery.com. A product buyer is a web shop visitor who selects at least one product, puts it in the shopping cart, pays with e-banking, a general payment order or PayPal and sends the order to the merchant.

Images and descriptions of individual products are obtained from the manufacturer/supplier or downloaded from the Internet and may not necessarily be identical to the products. Split Nomad Gallery web shop tries to specify the characteristics of the product as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make mistakes in product descriptions and images. Prices and terms of payment are valid only at the time of order and/or payment and may change without notice.

The currencies are Croatian kuna (HRK) and EURO. Split Nomad Gallery, service trade is not in the VAT system.

 

Ordering

Products are ordered through the shopping cart and are irrevocable. In the event that the merchant is unable to deliver the product because the ordered product is not in stock or it is no longer possible to order it from the supplier, the merchant will notify the customer in writing who can cancel the order or possibly accept a new delivery date. If the customer decides to cancel the order, the merchant will return the money paid to the customer as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days from the time the delay occurred. If the buyer refuses to receive the correct and undamaged goods he ordered, the merchant has the right to ask the buyer for compensation for all handling costs related to delivery.

 

Payment methods

The customer can pay for the ordered products in one of the following ways: Paypal, e-banking, general money order. After the purchase order has been filled out correctly, the seller sends the order confirmation to the customer to the email address that the customer defined during registration.

In case the buyer intends to pay for the goods by e-banking, the deadline for payment is 3 days. After this period, the merchant cannot guarantee the condition of the warehouse and the availability of the ordered items. Order processing starts from the moment the payment is visible on our account. If the payment was made after the deadline, and the goods are available, the delivery process is initiated. If the goods are not available, overpaid funds (increased by legal interest at the interest rate of the commercial bank with which the transaction account is kept) are returned within a maximum of 30 days from the day of payment.

 

Delivery

Delivery of ordered products for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is HRK 30 / 4E, regardless of the quantity and type of order!

The ordered products are delivered via the contracted courier service or in another way that can be arranged by Split Nomad Gallery, a service trade. Delivery of ordered goods takes 3-5 working days from confirmation or payment of funds, unless the address of the customer is in specific delivery locations such as the Adriatic islands or similar delivery locations that are more difficult to access. In this case, the buyer directly agrees with the operator the exact date of delivery, depending on the schedule of delivery of the goods to such places by the contracted courier service. If you receive a notification from the courier service about the arrival of the shipment, you must contact them by phone and arrange for delivery of the shipment. When choosing goods and choosing delivery, the customer is obliged to provide the correct address and phone number for timely delivery or timely information about delivery.

 

Return of goods

You have the right to return purchased goods that have not been used within 7 days of receipt. You agree on the terms of returning the goods with the operator, to whom you must explain the reasons for returning the goods. The return of the goods is performed exclusively by the courier service of the supplier of the goods and the customer cannot return the goods in any way that requires the supplier to pay the cost of returning the goods by another courier service or post office. Such returns of goods are carried out by the buyer at his own expense, and the supplier bears no responsibility for the quality and quantity of the goods so returned. Items that are returned to the supplier must be undamaged, correct and packed in the original packaging in which they arrived to the customer. If, in exchange for the returned item, you order the same in a larger or smaller ready-to-wear size, we will replace the item without charge.

 

Complaints

If the customer is not satisfied with the goods purchased in the Split Nomad Gallery online shop, he has the right to complain within the legal term. Send the complaint to us by e-mail with the title COMPLAINT BY ORDER (Order No.) at info@splitnomadgallery.com.

In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product to us within the agreed period. We will consider the complaint as valid if, after examining the product, we determine that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection. In this case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, we will replace the product or return the entire amount paid.
